Koéna launched in Australia late 2019, and have been working with influencers to promote how the product helps with dry skin, eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis. We have worked with paid influencers as well as PR gifting to get the product in the hands of the right influencers.


The Challenge

Throughout COVID19, we had to change our approach to shift the audiences thinking to using Koéna for dry hands due to washing hands so often, dry face and body due to being indoors and using the product for other things during isolation.

Koéna influencer results have been the highest due to the relevance and need of the product and influencers using it during COVID-19.

The Result

As well as results and reach, the influencers have been creating content for Koéna to use across Digital Ad’s, regramming on social channels and usage on the website and other marketing materials.

Due to us working with so many leading beauty influencers in the space, we have also noticed more influencers reaching out to work with Koéna as they’ve seen so many influencers trialling and loving the brand. We really have built the product into being a beauty influencer “must have” product.
