New Yoga studio, The Light Practice, founded last year is located in Moorabbin and offers Bayside residents and Melbourne Yoga enthusiasts an oasis of healing and movement with its colourful schedule of yoga, breathwork and sound healing journeys. The Light Practice combines sight, touch, sound and scent into all classes, to create a sensory yoga experience.

Overview
After delays from opening during COVID 19 last year, The Light Practice brought us on board to drive awareness to the new opening of the yoga studio. As The Light Practice has a unique offering and interesting architecture we were able to devise creative angles to ultimately get The Light Practice featured in diverse range of articles, outside of the standard health & wellness publications. Many of the publications that we got the Light Practice featured in was also from our established contacts, and call-out lists that we are listed on. Due to this we were also able to create more targeted pitches when receiving a call-out, that related directly to the types of content that the journalists were wanting to feature in upcoming months.
