IsoWhey
IsoWhey came to us with the goal to embrace a different E-Commerce approach by building a new website. The goal was to deliver an eCommerce website with a seamless purchasing process, while generating deeper engagement by accommodating the brand’s values and creating a sense of community.

Identified/Simple
Identified different types of users and customers, once we identified the different users, we were able to identify the type of information they typically seek for.
We built an eCommerce platform with a simple purchasing process and implemented a subscription option for loyal customers. IsoWhey provides plenty of useful information for their customers, meaning that there are numerous pages on the website.
Navigation
It was important to create a simple and straightforward navigation so users could find exactly what they need.
In line with IsoWhey’s aim of providing support, we implemented a BMR calculator that allows users to work out the amount of calories they need, followed by suggested next steps for users to take action.

CHALLENGES
Our challenge was to create an eCommerce platform that provides users with a seamless purchasing process and ensure that the overall website flow made sense to all the different types of users.
With IsoWhey’s needs of building their brand community and support group, a lot of features were required, but the challenge for us was figuring out the best way to present all this information.
