Goal
Known as a luxury boutique hotel with so much history, Osborn House has an enchanting story to tell. Aligned with their branding, our goal was to portray the unique experiences you would get from staying at Osborn House and establish the brand’s digital experience. The objective is to design a website that illustrates a high end, personalised experience that can drive more traffic towards the website.
The Challenge
Our challenge was to bring the in-person exclusive experiences online and build a website that encapsulates the brand’s personality by bringing in natural elements and celebrating natural surroundings and organic products, a part of the Osborn House experience. With the aim of becoming a leader in the luxury, regional boutique space, it was important to highlight the personalised experiences, showing what guests can gain from visiting Osborn House.
The Result
The purpose of the website is to illustrate and visualise the bespoke experiences at Osborn House. To do this, we designed a website that embraces the history of Osborn and its experiences it offers by creating a smooth and seamless user experience, taking each user on a brief journey through Osborn House and allowing them to visually experience the difference rooms, facilities and surroundings. To emphasize the idea of personalisation and uniqueness, the website includes plenty of imagery showcasing Osborn House’s natural surroundings and facilities. As part of the website experience, we designed sections with a call to action to direct users to specific pages and discover more about what is available. With this modern, simplistic design and visualisation, the history and story of Osborn is brought to life.
