THE BRIEF

With the wake of COVID, it presented an opportunity for retailers to help those in need and provide ‘essential’ items for those affected by the global pandemic. We were proactive in noticing this and re-adjusted the strategy for HNFO.

THE CHALLENGE

HNFO were unable to sell their products online and didn't have an ecommerce store for customers to purchase, meaning they had to rely on their social channels to drive in-store traffic and sales.
