When he’s not DJing, he usually showing you the latest from Betoota Advocate or having a couple of schooners off the wood.
With over 30 years in the property industry either as an agent, auctioneer or property developer, Alex has spent his career connecting people. When Alex isn’t rolling out his experience into building technology solutions for companies, he’s usually taking it easy and spending time looking after his horses up in Cornwell.
Duncan’s experience as an entrepreneur has found him discovering companies such as Realista, a cross-border European Real Estate platform with 50,000+ monthly listings and our brother company GrowMOFO, the world’s first technology-driven virtual agency. When Duncan has a spare moment, he loves going down to his farm on the weekend, finding new coffee spots in Melbourne and travelling the world.
As a designer for Target, Cotton on Body and Peppermayo, SJ has an array of distinctive experience and talent that she implements into every single design she creates for her clients. When she’s not creating for companies, she’s painting the day away in her home studio (on a tiny Richmond balcony) and nailing the perfect spicy marg.
With over 8 years industry experience, Matt’s deep knowledge of tech, digital and above the line marketing, creative and strategy stems from his years at Clemenger BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi and Muso – as well as his own ventures founding the mentoring initiatives; The Trenches and Youngbloods Australia. When he’s not working, Matt’s usually hunting for new tunes, working on his not for profit initiatives and pairing a couple of wines with some Ubereats and re-runs of Archer.
Mishi holds an abundance of knowledge from her years in customer service, HR and management. When she’s not conquering the management world, you’ll usually find Mishi either in a pamper sesh, travelling the world or at the beach with her son.
After working in agencies for the better part of a decade, Dan has a plethora of experience in Digital Marketing, PPC, SEO, Analytics Tracking, Paid Media, Webdev and Design. When he’s not tackling the digital world, he’s usually hiking with his wife and dog or raving about a new coffee spot.
With PR, management and client relationship experience, Reece has worked on projects for Rockpool Dining Group, Australian Venue Co, Solotel, Carnival Cruise Lines, Anytime Fitness, Universal Store, Crown & Star Casinos, Merivale and many more. When he’s not creating content, he’s probably watching live music, playing the drums or cooking up a storm. Reece’s experience also extends to photography for portraits, weddings and events.
Elise’s incredible abilities stem from her previous work in PR and with retail giants such as Cotton On Group. You can often find her in a food coma watching The Real Housewives, quoting pop culture references like “That’s Hot” or living her best life in Coburg.
Another recruit from Cotton On Group, Naima’s experience involves marketing and events. You’ll either find her watching Rupaul’s Drag Race, eating pizza or drinking on a Sunday with her mates. Tik Tok has been her recent undoing, with the latest sounds stuck in her head on repeat.
With a background in social media, Alix is known for always having her finger on the pulse when it comes to what’s trending. On her days off she’s usually driving Jo places or having a wine or two. To this day, Kimmy K crying over losing her diamond earring is still her favourite thing to watch.
Prior to joining No Standing, Chris’s experience highlighted FOMO Festival + BBE Touring & Events. Weekends are dedicated to “getting litty on the reds” or attending a gig or two.
Previously Head of Design at Realista, Dusty has a prominent background in graphic design, design research and complex service-based web and app development. Dusty specialises in user experience design, User Interface design and service design in the retail, education and business sectors. You can often find him playing Zelda on Nintendo Switch in his down time or venturing to the beach with his kids.
As a Graphic Designer, Emma has been working for small businesses for the last 5 years. Her down time usually involves making music, playing gigs or relaxing down the coast. If you hear her quoting “Weird flex but ok” in the office, you know she’s a fan of your work.
With a background in marketing, copywriting and content creation for companies such as Vice Australia and Tomorrow Agency, Georgia has worked across a diverse range of projects. When she’s not using the word ‘plethora’, she’s usually buying plants for her indoor garden or hosting a themed dinner party.
With a background in social media at Milkbar Digital, Gypsie is always on-trend (with a little help from Jo). On the weekends you can find her rummaging through op shops and sewing together new outfits that usually fall apart after one too many margaritas.
G’s experience comes from an array of advertising agencies including The Brand Agency. On weekends you’ll find G being a North Side Hipster in Fitzroy and enjoying a good glass of red. Her obsession with the on again/off again relationship between Bella Hadid and The Weekend keeps the whole office entertained.
He’s been a Content and Product Manager at Aqipa Australia, and trained with some of the biggest names in the biz. If he’s not out on the water wakeboarding, he’s often cracking open a cold one with the boys and relaxing on the weekends. Ask him about James ‘The Worpedo’ Worpel – he’s an expert.
Jo lives and breathes agency life with a prominent background in PR as a Publicist, as well as social media after a stint as a Coordinator and Videographer at Milkbar Digital. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Jo attending every Lorde concert, ordering copious amounts of Uber Eats and binge-watching Netflix. He’ll never let you forget that one time Lorde won a Grammy at age 17.
Steph’s background highlights communications, media and wellness. Her most recent venture was as one of the founders of Kowhai Retreat in New Zealand. Steph’s weekends are dedicated to hanging with the homies, wine in hand, fantasising about moving to Bali but never actually going through with it.
